  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
    Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the selected service at checkout. Typically, shipping rates are Rs.300 only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days excluding holidays for standard shipping.
    International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Estimated rates are around Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000
    International delivery times typically range from 15-20 business days.
  2. Order Processing
    Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 01:00 PM will might be processed on the next business day.
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text message to monitor your order's progress.
    We may call you to confirm your order before dispatching and at time of delivery for the smooth processing.
  3. Shipping Restrictions
    Some items may be restricted by destination due to regulations on children's products. We will notify you if there are any issues with shipping your order.
    International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.
